As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you´ll take on the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure the success of our customer’s business by providing them with a best-in-class Enterprise Video Solution
  • Increase footprint in our existing customer base by extending existing use cases and land a customer journey to land new use cases and offerings
  • Drive cross- and up-selling of our product suite incl. contract management and negotiation
  • Prevent churn by driving highest value for our customers in their investment into the movingimage platform
  • Shape our Customer Success Program, increase customer satisfaction and keep NPS results on a high level
  • Look out for new business opportunities within the given and future account portfolio
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Professional Services, Legal, Finance)

To thrive in the role of Senior Customer Success Manager, you´ll need:

  • You speak German on a native level and are fluent in English
  • You bring several years of experience in a similar Customer Success Management/Account Management position and are excited to work in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • You have a track record in overachieving your revenue goals and working under a dedicated quota
  • You possess an ability to work independently and autonomously in driving projects to completion
  • You are a natural networker and are comfortable engaging with internal as external stakeholders on different levels
  • You are experienced in working with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
