As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll take on the following responsibilities:

  • Planning and execution of live streaming and virtual events
  • Advisory and hands-on support for our enterprise customers and agencies for live streaming and virtual events
  • Operating webcasts and virtual events on location and from our headquarters in Berlin
  • Delivering end-to-end Project management and offer/contract management
  • Delivering high-quality technical solutions to customer problems by troubleshooting issues, providing technical guidance, and
    performing implementation reviews

To thrive in the role as a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll need:

  • Previous experience in operating live streaming and the technology behind it
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Experience in debugging network and streaming issues
  • Good knowledge of live streaming technology
  • Very good German skills and good English skills
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
